Phillips Business Services LLC is a local entrepeneurship owned and operated by Gary Phillips of Wolverine, Michigan.
​My mission is to provide services to local small business and to individuals. Whether it is Individual Income Tax Preparation, or Business Office operations assistance in bookkeeping, payroll, software or technical assistance, I am able to provide cost effective service options to help business and individuals alike.
​I have been a Registered Tax Return Preparer with the IRS for over thirteen years, entering my third year as an Authorized e-file Provider and Electronic Return Originator.
​I have extensive leadership background in many differing public and private businesses, educational, and ministry ventures, encompassing a wide variety of skills, training and experience.

Early Bird Discount
Ends Feb. 28th!
ALL Clients will receive UP TO a 20% discount off the total price (after any dollar amount discount is given). Taxpayer(s) who submit a signed Engagement Letter and necessary documents for tax preparation PRIOR TO MARCH 1st to Phillips Business Services LLC will qualify. The discounts are for completed qualifying submission of required documents as follows: February 1-7 is 20% February 8-14 is 15% February 15-21 is 10% February 22-28 is 5%
V-I-C Discount
All returning Clients from the immediately previous year are "Very Important Clients" to us, and will receive a 10% discount off the total price (after any dollar amount discounts are given).
Senior Saver Discount
All Clients age 62 and up will receive a $10 discount off the total price (before any percentage discounts are applied). Limited to one discount per US1040 form.
T-U-V Discount
Any Client who served (or is serving) in the Armed Forces of the United States will receive a 10% discount off the total price (after any dollar amount discounts are applied). To qualify for the "Thank U Vet" discount, Clients must submit proof of service to Phillips Business Services LLC along with all necessary tax documents at the time of the interview.
R-A-F Discount
Any Client who refers a new Client to Phillips Business Services LLC will be eligible for a Refer A Friend discount of 10% off the total price (after any dollar amount discounts are applied). To qualify for the "R-A-F" discount, referred Clients must submit to Phillips Business Services LLC a signed Engagement Letter and necessary documents for tax preparation and identify the existing Client who made the referral. The "R-A-F' discount will be applied the year following the actual referral if the newly referred Client engages after the referring Client's Tax Prep and E-filing has been completed for the current year.
Minor Child Discount
Any minor child who needs to file tax returns, and whose parent/legal guardian signs the minor child's tax returns, will receive a special discounted price of $50 for the basic package.
